DSP Engineer
FULL-TIMEDesign and implement real-time signal processing pipelines for wideband RF systems. FPGA and GPU acceleration. Protocol decode and classification algorithms.
> REQUIREMENTS
- Strong DSP fundamentals (filtering, FFT, modulation/demod)
- Experience with SDR platforms (USRP, RTL-SDR, etc.)
- FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog) or GPU compute (CUDA)
- Python, C/C++ for signal processing
- RF/wireless protocol knowledge a plus
ML/AI Engineer
FULL-TIMEDeploy and optimize frontier AI models for edge inference. Classification, anomaly detection, and correlation across multi-sensor data streams. Make big models run fast on small hardware.
> REQUIREMENTS
- Experience deploying LLMs and vision models to edge devices
- Model quantization, pruning, distillation techniques
- PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT or equivalent
- Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson, Intel NCS, or similar
- Bonus: RF/signals domain experience
Embedded Systems Engineer
FULL-TIMEBuild rugged, deployable hardware systems. Custom PCB design, power management, environmental hardening. Make lab prototypes into field-ready kit.
> REQUIREMENTS
- PCB design (Altium, KiCad) through to manufacture
- Embedded Linux, RTOS, bare-metal development
- Power system design for portable/vehicle platforms
- Environmental qualification (MIL-STD exposure a plus)
- RF frontend design experience highly valued
